INTRODUCTION TO SIMPLE PAST TENSE
Simple past tense describes the things that happened before the present time. They can be actions, events and situations that started and ended in the past.
- Unlike the past continuous tense which talk about past events that happened over a period of time, Simple past tense talks about something that has already happened.
- Simple past also use to talk about the past state of being. For instance, a way someone felt about something.
